The Following steps are followed by us during the laying of Storm and Sewer water lines at deeper:-
• Fixing of Alignment in plan as per given drawings by Co-ordinate method.
• Soldier piles installation by Manual labour ,TMR and DTH Machine in required Dia.
• Inserted the ISMB Girders in pile holes and back fill with 1:20 (cement:soil).
• Fabricated struts and wallors before excavation in deep position beyond 3.5 meter.
• Excavation of trenches by JCB and Poclain.
• Leggings by wooden planks with excavated layers.
• Dressing of bed by manual labour.
• PCC or Sand Filling in Bed before Laying the Pipe.
• Placing of RCC Hume pipes by pick and carry crane.
• Joining of pipes in proper alignment by help of manual labour and crane.
• Joints Filling by mortar 1:6 (1 cement:6 course sand) with rubber packings.
• Making of Manholes at given location and distances as per drawings.
• Hounching by PCC or Sand filling around the pipe in minimum 150 mm thick.
• Back filling by selected soil in 250 mm thick layers with 98 % proctor density.
• Final finishing and restoration of roads, if alignment in running roads.
